Kalayatan shall have rights to hold shipments of consignors/ consignee till all dues payable to kalayatan are settled by consignors/ consignee
No Complaint /Claim shall be entertained by the company/Franchisee after the expiry of 30 days from the date of booking of consignment.
Kalayatan reserves the right to refuse the booking of any consignment without assigning any reason whatsoever.
All clients are expected to take delivery of material within 3 days of receipt at the branch office . Falling which the demurrage charges will be applicable as per Kalayatan Policy.
